Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the bank's home loan portfolio, managing loan origination, disbursement, and repayment processes efficiently
• Leading and guiding a team of home loan officers and support staff, setting performance targets, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales and service goals
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to promote home loan products, attract customers, and achieve sales targets
