About the Credit Head Role:
In this role, you will be contributing to the growth and development of the credit management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement credit evaluation strategies, policies, and procedures
• Lead and mentor a team of credit analysts and underwriters to achieve department goals
• Oversee the evaluation of credit applications for auto and home loans
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Monitor and manage credit risk exposures in the auto and home loan portfolios
• Ensure targets of the division, KPIs and TAT, are met or exceeded

To be successful in this role, you should have extensive knowledge in credit management and strong people management experience.

Key Requirements:

• At least five years significant work experience in consumer business or related field
• Extensive experience in credit management and credit underwriting in home and auto loans
• Strong people management with experience in handling a large department
• Can lead innovation and process improvement
• Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills
