Our client is seeking a dynamic and committed Branch Head to lead their team. What you'll do:

As a Branch Head, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the branch into a beacon of growth and innovation. You will be responsible for driving sales of banking products and services, making the branch the primary distribution channel. Your ability to build deep connections with existing clients will be key in promoting our diverse range of offerings. You will implement strategic marketing programs that not only attract new customers but also maximise the potential of our existing clientele. Your leadership skills will shine as you mentor and coach your team, fostering an environment of growth and learning. Overseeing transaction approvals and service performance, you will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.   • Drive the branch as the main distribution channel by selling bank's products and services
  • Nurture and deepen relationships with existing clients by offering suitable products and services
  • Implement marketing strategies to promote products, attract new customers, and maximise existing customer's share of wallet
  • Mentor and coach the branch sales team, Business Development Sales Officers (BDSO), Relationship Officers (RO), Sales Associates, and New Accounts
  • Approve transactions and oversee service performance impacting customer satisfaction and relationships
  • Ensure compliance with governance and risk management requirements based on the bank's policies

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Branch Head position brings a wealth of experience from the banking industry along with strong leadership skills. With your Bachelor's Degree in business or related field, you have developed an in-depth understanding of banking products, services, and regulations.
