  • Collaborate closely with branch partners and internal teams to develop effective strategies that maintain strong client relationships while anticipating evolving customer requirements.
  • Act as a trusted adviser by offering expert guidance on investment products and services, ensuring clients receive accurate information that supports informed decision-making.
  • Monitor client portfolios diligently to safeguard both client interests and the bank’s reputation, proactively identifying potential risks and implementing measures to minimise operational or credit exposure.
  • Work alongside product specialists and service partners to identify new opportunities for strengthening existing relationships through technical advice and innovative solutions.
  • Contribute actively towards achieving departmental financial targets by driving business development initiatives focused on growing assets under management and increasing overall profitability.
  • Deliver consistently high standards of customer service by responding promptly to enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining open lines of communication with all stakeholders.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities aimed at keeping abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and best practices within wealth management.
  • Support the wider team by sharing insights gained from client interactions, helping refine service offerings and contributing positively to a culture of continuous improvement.

  • At least three years of relevant experience in wealth management or private banking environments where you have demonstrated proficiency in managing sophisticated client relationships.
  • Certification as an SEC Fixed Income Salesman is considered advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to pursue further qualifications is highly valued.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial markets coupled with deep knowledge of investment products, services, and associated credit considerations.
  • Proven track record in business development activities focused on acquiring new clients while nurturing existing ones through attentive service delivery.
  • Exceptional written communication abilities complemented by strong interpersonal skills that enable you to engage empathetically with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated motivation for achieving results within collaborative settings; able to work independently when required yet thrive as part of an interdependent team.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards in all dealings while displaying sensitivity towards confidential information shared by clients.
