Our client is seeking a B2C Sales Head to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market penetration. This role demands a strong blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will develop and implement distributive trade strategies to expand market reach and increase product distribution.

What you'll do:

As a B2C Sales Head, your primary responsibility will be driving revenue growth and market penetration through effective management of distributive trade channels, trade marketing initiatives, and sales excellence strategies. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement innovative distributive trade strategies that not only expand market reach but also increase product distribution. Your role will also involve contributing to the overall strategic planning process for B2C, ensuring that all trade marketing and distributive trade initiatives align with our long-term objectives. Overseeing the execution of trade marketing campaigns, including point-of-sale materials, in-store promotions, and merchandising activities will be a key part of your role. Furthermore, you will define and implement a robust trade marketing strategy that enhances brand visibility and drives user engagement across various channels.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the B2C Sales Head position brings proven experience from a similar role within the sales industry. Your strong leadership skills coupled with an ability to inspire performance with sales teams will be crucial in this role. You possess the ability to develop innovative sales strategies and are comfortable using performance KPIs to drive success. Proficiency in MS Office is required, while familiarity with Salesforce would be considered an asset. Excellent communication skills are essential in this role as you'll be interacting with various stakeholders on a regular basis. Your strong business acumen and excellent negotiation skills will be key in driving revenue growth and market penetration.
