What you'll do:


As a Corporate Relationship Manager, you will be entrusted with managing an established portfolio of corporate clients while actively seeking new business opportunities through networking and referrals. Your daily activities will involve engaging directly with decision-makers at client organisations to understand their evolving financial goals. You will facilitate complex banking transactions across multiple product lines—including deposits, lending facilities, trade finance solutions, foreign exchange services, and investment offerings—ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism. By collaborating closely with internal stakeholders from credit risk assessment to treasury operations, you will guarantee that all client requests are executed seamlessly. * Manage and expand a defined portfolio of corporate banking clients by developing deep relationships built on trust and mutual understanding.
* Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their current financial position, liquidity requirements, and long-term investment objectives, ensuring all needs are proactively addressed.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all client banking requirements, providing responsive support for service-related concerns and queries.
* Maintain high levels of client engagement through proactive communication, timely issue resolution, and consistent follow-up on outstanding matters.
* Facilitate day-to-day banking transactions such as deposits, remittances, foreign exchange operations, trade services, and cash management solutions with accuracy and efficiency.
* Coordinate closely with internal teams including operations, credit risk, treasury, and support functions to ensure seamless execution of client requests and transactions.
* Monitor account activity diligently by tracking credit utilisation rates and overall portfolio performance to identify opportunities or areas requiring attention.
* Ensure strict adherence to internal policies as well as regulatory requirements by maintaining up-to-date KYC documentation and compliance records for all clients.
* Identify financing needs among clients—such as working capital facilities or structured loans—and prepare comprehensive credit proposals supported by detailed financial analysis.
* Collaborate with investment specialists to recommend suitable investment or treasury products based on each client’s risk appetite while staying informed about market developments.
