What you'll do:

As Vice President of Transaction Banking Cash Management Sales based in Taguig, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of inbound portfolios for multinational corporates throughout Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa. Your daily responsibilities will involve engaging with treasury teams at both regional and global levels to identify new business opportunities while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will collaborate extensively with colleagues from Americas, Europe, and other divisions to deliver bespoke cash management solutions that address complex client requirements. By providing expert advisory services on treasury best practices amid evolving geopolitical and economic landscapes, you will add significant value for clients operating across diverse markets.

  • Interact with regional and global treasury teams as well as shared service centres of top-tier multinational corporates to achieve revenue targets and expand market share through new-to-bank mandates and transaction flows.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across different regions such as Americas and Europe, as well as various divisions within the bank to deliver value-adding solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Provide expert advisory on treasury best practices considering the global geopolitical, macroeconomic, and regulatory landscape to support regional buying centres operating in Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa.
  • Lead client engagements including sales initiatives, pitches, presentations, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring scalability by replicating successful deals within or across regions or industry verticals.
  • Foster strong collaboration with business heads across Products and Coverage to spearhead campaigns and commercialise solutions aimed at strengthening the franchise in Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa.
  • Partner with Implementation & Service teams along with Operations to ensure post-sales activities are executed efficiently and solutions are delivered within client expectations.
  • Work in a collaborative environment focused on cross-selling and performance-driven outcomes to build a leading Cash Management team across multiple regions.
  • Travel for client pitches, trainings, conferences, and other business development activities as required.

  • Deep knowledge of treasury trends as well as regulatory landscapes across Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa.
  • Experience working across international time zones including Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific; adaptability in multicultural environments.
  • Capacity for effective teamwork in collaborative settings where knowledge sharing is valued.
