What You’ll Do
As Assistant Vice President – Corporate Treasury & Markets Solutions, you will assume a broad and dynamic remit combining strategic support, client engagement, and solution delivery.
Your responsibilities will include contributing to account planning initiatives, supporting client portfolios, and working alongside internal partners to structure and deliver tailored financial solutions. You will also play an important role in ensuring that all activities are conducted in line with established risk and compliance frameworks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contributing to the development and execution of client strategies for global corporate relationships in coordination with internal stakeholders
- Supporting the management of priority client portfolios through structured account planning and ongoing engagement
- Partnering with product and specialist teams to deliver treasury, markets, and capital solutions aligned to client objectives
- Providing portfolio oversight and analytical support to help meet agreed revenue and performance targets
- Engaging directly with clients, as required, to address solution‑related requirements and support relationship objectives
- Ensuring adherence to all relevant risk management, regulatory, and compliance standards across jurisdictions
- Supporting cross‑functional initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery, efficiency, and solution design
- Providing input on transactions involving derivatives, FX, interest rates, capital solutions, cross‑border considerations, ALM, and credit matters
- Remaining informed on industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices relevant to corporate treasury and markets
- Acting as a trusted internal resource through effective stakeholder management and knowledge sharing
What You Bring
You are an experienced financial services professional with strong technical foundations and the ability to operate confidently in a client‑focused, solutions‑oriented environment.
You bring a combination of market knowledge, sound commercial judgement, and well‑developed stakeholder management skills, enabling you to contribute effectively to complex client situations.
Key requirements include:
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related discipline
- A minimum of five years’ relevant experience within banking, financial markets, insurance, accounting, or legal services
- Hands‑on experience with derivatives, foreign exchange, and interest rate products
- Exposure to managing complex transactions or supporting sophisticated corporate client portfolios
- Strong understanding of capital and balance‑sheet considerations, including RWA, rating agency perspectives, cross‑border structures, and ALM
- Solid credit analysis skills and an appreciation of risk‑return considerations
- CFA or CAIA qualification would be viewed favourably
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to work effectively across functions and seniority levels
