About the Head of Debt Issuance, VP Role:
In this role, you will assume overall responsibility for ensuring the control environment is functioning appropriately through assessment of all relevant factors, including location strategy, effective resource management, and task prioritisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Revenue Controllers who, apart from providing and reporting daily P&L and Risk numbers, review daily exceptions within the P&L
• Account for the outputs of the Revenue Control Team and ensure that outputs meet the financial and regulatory reporting requirements, as well as compliance to key Control standards and maintain integrity of the financials
• Improve processes and linking this to the upstream/downstream processes
• Provide leadership to the Treasury and Business Finance Revenue team to ensure all relevant responsibilities are being executed appropriately and in line with the Bank’s strategic vision
• Set the strategic direction of the team through engagement at a senior level across the bank

To succeed in this Head of Debt Issuance, VP role, you will need to have the passion to perform in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, or equivalent
• Extensive experience working in the banking, investment or finance-related industry
• Swap valuation knowledge is a must
• Proven track record of working with deadlines in an accurate manner and the ability to clearly present results of work is required
