About the Client Service, Manager Role:
The Client Service, Manager will supervise the overall and day-to-day operations of the global accounting for client services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight to financial and regulatory processes, including compilation, review and technical assistance
• Compile and advise on monthly, quarterly and annual regulatory and financial reports such as audited financial statements
• Contribute to strong relationships through interactions with internal parties, client and audit firm personnel
• Manage a team of 20 – 25 seasoned CPAs
• Establish and support department and individual goals, prepare performance evaluations, direct individual and group staff meetings

To succeed in Client Services, Manager role, you must have relevant experience in financial reporting or related space and help internal and external stakeholders make better business decisions by providing them with relevant, accurate and timely financial information.

Key Requirements:

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Experience in a Big 4 auditing firm, Shared Services/BPO company is essential
• Must have at least two years' people management experience
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
• Exposure to private equities/fund administration is a big advantage
• Must be willing to work in Manila on UK Shift
