About the Corporate Planning Manager Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Business Development Teams and Senior Management in the high area of corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the Corporate Finance Team to ensure that group-wide financial policies are developed and optimised in a timely manner
• Provide financial advisory services to various operating units to determine the possible impact of relevant issues on valuation and investment cases
• Prepare and/or review financial models and/or business valuations which will be used in screening and evaluating investment opportunities
• Support strategy, operations and financial planning with financial modelling, data analysis and insights
• Provides critical financial and operational information to the senior management and makes actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations

To succeed in this Corporate Planning Manager role, you must have extensive experience in financial modelling, valuation, annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Requirements:

• Must have bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business/Accounting
• Relevant work experience in financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, valuation, and/or corporate finance
• Highly effective, mission-driven, strategic finance executive with strong transaction/deal experience for this high-impact role
• Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and demonstrated passion to build something great from nothing
