About the Finance Analyst Role:
In this role, you will ensure the financial records are maintained in compliance with the company’s internal controls and accounting policies that are in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. You will be assisting the internal and external stakeholders in making better business decisions by providing them with relevant, accurate and timely financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain systematic and chronological records of financial transactions in the accounting system
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis to be communicated to stakeholders of the business
• Collect data and ensure that all financial reporting deadlines are met
• Ascertain proper procedure set-up to ensure that financial records are free from material errors such as reconciliations, segregation of duties and adherence with GAAP, all of which are implemented with view toward compliance, fraud and theft prevention

To succeed in this role, you must be a graduate of BS accountancy.

Key Requirements:

• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Minimum of two years of work experience as an external auditor from a major auditing/accounting firm
• Must have an insurance background
