About the Tax Manager Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for group-wide tax planning and compliance, acting a the subject matter expert and overall resource person for all tax activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages the start-to-end tax process of the organisation in accordance with the policies and procedures and relevant tax regulations
• Identifies and mitigates tax risk for transactions
• Ensures all local and company tax reporting and compliance are met
• Conducts and review tax calculations, estimates, accruals, and provisions
• Performs periodic compliance checking through the review of tax processes
• Liaises and manages relationships with tax authorities, consultants and audit

To succeed in this Tax Manager role, you must have a strong background in Taxation coming from a finance institution.

Key Requirements:

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Minimum of 10 years on tax-related work
• At least three years of supervisory or managerial experience
• Strong knowledge in dealing with BIR-related tax audit and inspections
• Preferably from a finance institution
