Our client is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Regulatory Reporting Manager with expertise in IFRS-EU standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience managing teams and a deep understanding of regulatory reporting requirements. As a Regulatory Reporting Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our client's compliance with regulatory standards. You will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and submission of regulatory reports in line with IFRS-EU standards. Your leadership skills will be put to good use as you lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals, ensuring high performance and professional growth within your team. Your role will also involve close collaboration with finance and accounting teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. * Ensure timely and accurate reporting to regulatory authorities.

* Allocate tasks and responsibilities effectively to ensure high performance and professional growth within the team.
* Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

* Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Implement and maintain internal controls to support accurate and reliable reporting.


What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Regulatory Reporting Manager role will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. You will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and preferably hold a CPA qualification. Your background will include a minimum of three years of experience in regulatory reporting, with at least three years in a managerial role. Your in-depth knowledge of IFRS-EU standards and strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance requirements will be key to your success in this role. Your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in financial reporting software and tools, and strong communication and interpersonal skills will also be highly valued.
