As the Head of Business Development for BPO, you will be at the forefront of our client's sales operations. Your primary responsibility will be selling solutions or services to BPO companies, leveraging your existing connections within the industry. You will also be tasked with managing key accounts, nurturing client relationships, and maintaining strong ties with C-level executives. Overseeing a Senior Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to plan for team expansion and account division as the business grows.
