What you’ll do:
As an Investments Senior Manager in the energy sector, your role will be multifaceted. Your understanding of FOREX and hedging strategies will be crucial in minimising exposure to market volatility. Additionally, you will play a key role in M&A activities, from identifying potential acquisition targets to conducting due diligence.
- Driving new investment opportunities, ranging from market assessment to competitive positioning
- Leading the deal team in building robust flexible financial models to support deal underwriting and structuring efforts
- Structuring and procuring project financing from institutions, including documentation negotiation and project due diligence
- Monitoring ongoing Project Finance workstreams
- Working on diligence efforts on pursued deals, managing external advisors
- Understanding FOREX and implementing hedging strategies to minimise exposure to market volatility
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions and compliance
- Leading or participating in M&A activities, conducting valuation and due diligence
- Managing and mentoring a team of analysts and associates, fostering professional growth
