What you'll do:

As a Statutory and Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst, your role will be pivotal in implementing reporting solutions for ESG reporting. You will utilise your integral knowledge of Finance to build bridges between various stakeholders, proposing convincing solutions that gain broad agreement. Your analytical capabilities will be key in delivering standardised, uniform, and fully adapted solutions for complex Finance issues and processes.

• Analyse complex Finance business issues that exceed Squads and/or Tribe for complete solutions.
• Deliver excellent substantiated analysis using state-of-the-art techniques and tools leading to functional designs.
• Coordinate content between specialists from different domains ensuring all stakeholder requirements are acknowledged.
• Support Tribes and squads in decision-making by presenting clear design alternatives and their impacts.
• Translate business requirements and non-functional requirements into IT Solution requirements.
• Cooperate with (IT)-architects and –specialists to arrive at suitable IT solutions.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Statutory and Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst role is an expert communicator who can effectively liaise between different stakeholders. You have an integral understanding of Finance that exceeds domain boundaries. Your ability to propose convincing solutions as a team player will be crucial in this role. You are expected to bring forward proposals convincingly, gaining broad agreement on the path forward. Your expertise will contribute significantly to delivering standardised, uniform, and fully adapted solutions for complex Finance issues.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in using state-of-the-art methods and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies.
• (Business) administration or comparable education at Bachelor/Master level.
• Knowledge of process management, financial services, business and IT.
• Ability to present analyses clearly to stakeholders and receive their input and feedback.
