Our client is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to shape and drive their financial strategy, ensuring robust financial controls, and maintaining a strong capital and liquidity position. This role provides the leadership necessary to align financial operations with strategic business objectives while upholding regulatory standards.

What you'll do:

As the CFO, you will be accountable for shaping the Bank’s financial strategy. You will oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and Board presentations. Your role includes identifying and managing financial risks within the overall enterprise risk management framework. You will also ensure accurate booking, settlement, and reconciliation of treasury and investment transactions. Your role extends to championing technology adoption to streamline financial reporting. Lastly, you will direct high-performing finance teams while working closely with senior leaders.

* Oversee capital structure and funding strategies, including monitoring liquidity coverage ratios (LCR) and stress-testing following global standards.
* Champion adopting technology and analytics to streamline financial reporting, reduce manual processes, and enhance decision-making quality.
* Direct and develop high-performing finance teams, promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
* Work closely with senior leaders to align financial objectives with operational and risk management strategies.

What you bring:

As an ideal candidate for the CFO position, you bring a wealth of experience in finance, treasury or investment management. You have an in-depth understanding of Philippine financial regulation, Basel III standards. Your expertise extends to liquidity management, capital optimization, and financial risk analysis. You are proficient in data analytics, financial systems, and process automation tools. Your excellent communication skills enable you to effectively report at Board-level.

* A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field is required; CPA certification is required.
* Minimum 10-15 years of experience in finance, treasury or investment management.
* In-depth knowledge of Philippine financial regulation (BSP).
* Experience with liquidity management, capital optimization, and financial risk analysis.
* Proficiency in data analytics, financial systems, and process automation tools.
* Excellent communication skills including Board-level reporting.
