What you'll do:

As the Manager of Investments and Corporate Finance, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our client's enterprise. You will be tasked with creating and maintaining financial models that cover various aspects of the business including forecasting, valuation, and unit economics analysis. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting fundraising initiatives, corporate development projects, and other diverse tasks. Additionally, you will generate regular business statistics and financial performance reports for shareholders and potential investors. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure the precision of financial reporting data.

* Develop and maintain pertinent financial models for business forecasting, valuation, and unit economics analysis
* Provide support for fundraising, corporate development, and other diverse projects such as corporate structuring, commercial partnerships and M&A
* Generate regular and special business statistics and/or financial performance reports for shareholders and potential investors
* Collaborate closely with Accounting and other relevant business teams for the creation of monthly management financial reports
* Oversee financial closing cycle, ensuring accuracy of financial reporting data

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Manager of Investments and Corporate Finance position brings a wealth of experience in finance or accounting along with a proven track record in FP&A, Financial reporting, Corporate planning or investment banking. Your advanced MS Excel skills coupled with your robust financial modelling abilities will be key to your success in this role. You have the capability to transform complex financial information into effective presentations. Your strong critical-thinking skills enable you to solve problems effectively even in ambiguous situations. A high level of precision and attention to detail is essential for this role. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and are fluent in English with effective communication skills.

* Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Financial reporting, Corporate planning, investment banking, or financial advisory at a professional services firm
* Advanced MS Excel user with robust financial modelling and analytical skills
* Capability to transform complex financial information into effective presentations
* Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving ability
* High level of precision and attention to details
* Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
* Fluent in English with effective communication skills
