Nature and Scope of Role
We are looking for a candidate who is a strong team player with good administrative and communication skills for a role of Invoicing administrator at Robert Walters. The Invoicing administrator will be responsible for processing and managing invoices for the company. This includes verifying and reconciling invoices, ensuring accuracy of data, and communicating with vendors and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies. The successful candidate must possess a strong “can do” approach whilst having the ability to work autonomously. A high standard of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Process and manage invoices for the company
- Data entry and upload into invoicing platforms
- Addressing and resolving Client questions and issues relating to invoices
- Provide support to the accounting team as needed
