What you'll do:
As an Accounting Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy of financial records through diligent preparation of accounting entries, reconciliation of accounts, and support during audits. Conduct daily bank reconciliations to maintain the integrity of financial data across multiple accounts.

Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies throughout all processes.

Monitor, reconcile, and account for fixed asset accounts regularly to guarantee compliance with internal controls.

Participate actively in ongoing system implementations to ensure that all financial data is captured correctly within new platforms.

Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) when required to validate system changes or enhancements impacting finance operations.

Prepare general accounting deliverables with meticulous attention to detail to ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

Reconcile subsidiary ledgers and schedules against official financial reports, proposing adjustments as necessary for accuracy.

Support external audit processes at both group and subsidiary levels by providing timely documentation and clear explanations as needed.

Take responsibility for regular monthly closing activities by coordinating with various departments to meet reporting deadlines.
