  • Contribute to meaningful projects that enhance business efficiency, data security, and customer experience while enjoying competitive benefits and being surrounded by knowledgeable professionals who value your input.

What you'll do:

As IT Manager, you will be entrusted with end-to-end responsibility for developing strategic technology roadmaps that align with broader business goals. Your daily activities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise network performance, managing complex cloud migrations or upgrades, ensuring rigorous compliance with data protection regulations, and responding effectively to any security incidents. You will also play a crucial role in mentoring your team members—fostering their growth while maintaining high standards of service delivery. Success in this position requires not only technical proficiency but also strong interpersonal skills as you work alongside diverse stakeholders to create resilient systems that support rapid organisational growth.

  • Develop comprehensive IT strategies aligned with organisational objectives, including incident response protocols and network monitoring systems to ensure uninterrupted availability of critical services.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing business processes through upgrades, cloud migrations, and adoption of emerging technologies.
  • Oversee day-to-day IT operations encompassing people management, network administration, system maintenance, and software optimisation to guarantee seamless workflow across departments.
  • Design, implement, and govern robust network infrastructures (LAN/WAN) that support scalability, high availability, and cost-effectiveness for all business units.
  • Establish service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure accountability within the IT department.
  • Collaborate closely with headquarters to define local IT risk management strategies while proactively identifying potential threats to business continuity and data integrity.
  • Lead security incident responses in partnership with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks swiftly and maintain regulatory adherence.
  • Draft, manage, and enforce IT policies and procedures that keep the organisation audit-ready for both internal reviews and external regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies to stay abreast of industry standards; ensure ongoing compliance with evolving laws governing data protection and information security.
  • Oversee disaster recovery planning (DRP) and business continuity planning (BCP) efforts to safeguard all technology environments against unforeseen disruptions.

What you bring:

To excel as IT Manager in this forward-thinking fintech environment, you will bring extensive hands-on experience managing complex technology landscapes—particularly those involving high-volume transactions or sensitive customer data. Your background should reflect successful oversight of both operational teams and strategic projects such as cloud migrations or cybersecurity enhancements. A keen eye for detail paired with strong analytical abilities enables you to anticipate risks before they materialise while fostering a culture of compliance throughout your department. Your interpersonal strengths allow you to build trust across diverse groups—ensuring smooth collaboration between technical experts, business leaders, legal advisors, and external auditors alike. Ultimately your commitment to continuous improvement ensures that every aspect of the organisation’s technology ecosystem remains resilient amid constant change.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline providing foundational knowledge essential for this senior role.
  • At least seven years’ proven experience managing IT infrastructure and risk management functions within BPOs, banks, fintech firms or other digital industries known for their fast-paced environments.
  • Minimum five years’ track record in leadership roles overseeing network operations or risk management teams with direct supervisory responsibilities over multiple staff members.
  • Demonstrated ability designing secure networks featuring high availability; hands-on expertise configuring Windows or Linux systems including Microsoft Active Directory (AD), DNS & DHCP services.
  • Practical experience operating virtualisation platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V; familiarity with basic cloud products like Azure or M365 enhances your suitability for this post.
  • Comprehensive understanding of risk assessment methodologies coupled with deep knowledge of best practices in network infrastructure security protocols.
  • Proficiency troubleshooting routing protocols (RIP/EIGRP/OSPF/BGP) as well as multi-layer switching technologies (VLAN/VTP/RSTP/QoS/HSRP/VRRP/IPv6/multicast).
  • Ability to perform protocol analysis using tools like Wireshark; adept at configuring application-based ACLs/NAT/load balancing/policy-based routing/redistribution mechanisms.
