An exciting Performance Marketing Manager job has opened up at one of the leading insurance companies.
About the Performance Marketing Manager Role:
The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall digital marketing, social media, and potential e-commerce presence of the company in the country. This person should have strong expertise in strategic planning and and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all relevant stakeholders in the entity; collaborate with other leaders in the company
- Develop digital marketing capabilities of the company and be the entity’s SME for digital marketing
- Develop and manage relations with external marketing partners, agencies, vendors, etc.
To succeed in this Performance Marketing Manager role, you will need to have the ability and experience to drive the digital marketing avenue of the company.
Key Requirements:
- At least eight dedicated years of experience in digital marketing preferably with B2C e-commerce companies or category, FMCG, and/or digital agencies
- Strong knowledge in digital marketing, social media management, and e-commerce setup
- People management experience
- Team player and can communicate well
