About the Financial Reporting Specialist Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for the timely delivery of financial reporting and data with quality analysis and provide support to the various stakeholders of the business in compliance with the standards, policies, and procedures of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures appropriate internal controls over the company’s Audit and Annual Statement’s reporting processes and review accounting issues and implement policies based on regulatory guidelines
• Leads the preparation of Annual Statements, Statistical Reports, Financial Reporting Framework and Risk Based capital reports and Other Financial Corporations survey, and analysis to be submitted to regulators
• Supports the monthly and quarterly FS close activities in collaboration with other business units and prepares IFRS and BS reconciliation schedules
• Supports the strategic planning and budgeting processes such as projection of solvency ratios and other sensitivity analysis

To succeed in this Financial Reporting Specialist role, you must provide support and assistance to the internal and external stakeholders in making better business decisions.

Key Requirements:

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant
• Preferably from an auditing firm
• Preferably with an insurance background
