About the Head of Equity Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the sales and profit generation of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales effort
- Oversee in creating sales strategies and programmes
- Evaluate and improve product quality for sales activities
- Analyse trends that would help the business in meeting its objectives
To succeed in this Head of Equity role, you must have a background in insurance sales and in leading a team.
Key Requirements:
- Must have at least 7 - 10 years of experience in business development in insurance
- Understanding of and experience with insurance products and insurance ecosystem
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent time-management and organisational abilities
