Key Responsibilities:

• Review and revise compliance and code of ethics guidelines and procedures
• Manage mystery shopping project and implementation of risk remediation plans (conduct risk and quality assurance)
• Review and improve market conduct guidelines and sales or agency code of discipline
• Facilitate and conduct compliance awareness and sales or business conduct compliance training for employees
• Oversee, monitor and continuously improve complaints handling and investigation processes

To succeed in this Sales Compliance Manager role, you must have experienced handling compliance in the insurance industry.

Key Requirements:

• Strong technical knowledge and skills in insurance compliance regulations
• Familiarity with sales/market conduct compliance, insurance operations, rules and regulations
• Self- starter and can work well in a fast-paced environment
• At least five years of work experience in compliance, governance, risk, audit or operations in an insurance or financial services industry
• Strong stakeholder management skills
