About the Accounting Manager Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall and day-to-day operations of the general accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight to financial and regulatory processes, including compilation, review and technical assistance
• Compile and advise on monthly, quarterly and annual regulatory and financial reports such as audited financial statements
• Contribute to strong relationships through interactions with internal parties, client and audit firm personnel
• Formulate financial planning policies, systems, and procedures for the operating companies and management services company
• Establish and support department and individual goals, prepare performance evaluations, direct individual and group staff meetings
• Write and/or review various reports related to engagements and prepare ad hoc reports for the client upon request

To be successful in the Accounting Manager job, you will need to have experience in process improvement and people management.

Key Requirements:

• Must be a CPA holder
• Minimum of 10 years' significant work experience in the financial services industry
• Strategy and business acumen – strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English language
• Ability to work comfortable in a cross-functional setting
