Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Distribution Strategic Planning Director to play a pivotal role in driving their strategic initiatives and ensuring effective financial management. This role offers the opportunity to oversee business reporting and analytics, conduct trend analysis, manage expenses, and handle distribution compensation. The successful candidate will also act as the product owner for an exciting electronic sales proposal digitisation initiative. This position is based in the vibrant city of Taguig.

What you'll do:
As a Distribution Strategic Planning Director, you will be at the heart of our client's operations, playing a key role in driving their strategic initiatives. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of the company through your oversight of business reporting and analytics, trend analysis, financial modelling, forecasting, expense management, and distribution compensation. Your expertise will be crucial in developing comprehensive business reports, identifying opportunities through trend analysis, managing expenses efficiently, designing compensation structures that align with business goals, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully. Furthermore, you will act as the product owner for an exciting electronic sales proposal digitisation initiative.

* Oversee the development and maintenance of comprehensive business reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all business analytics and reporting
* Conduct in-depth trend analysis to identify business opportunities and risks
* Develop and implement financial models to support strategic decision-making
* Prepare financial forecasts to guide budgeting and strategic planning processes
* Monitor and manage company expenses to ensure efficient use of resources
* Design and manage compensation structures for distribution channels
* Serve as the product owner for the company’s electronic sales proposal digitisation initiative

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Distribution Strategic Planning Director role brings a wealth of experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, and project management. With a minimum of 7-10 years' experience in these areas, you possess strong analytical skills coupled with proficiency in financial modelling. Your excellent project management abilities enable you to lead cross-functional teams effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your effective communication and interpersonal skills will be key in liaising with various stakeholders and driving the company's strategic initiatives forward. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required for this role, with a Master’s degree preferred.
