What you'll do:
As a Distributor Engagement Head, your primary role will be to drive customer acquisition through strategic partnerships with distribution channel leaders. You will be instrumental in developing educational modules that inform distributors about available marketing campaigns. Your creativity will shine as you create engaging communications to launch new initiatives and campaigns. One of your key responsibilities will be to conceptualize incentive promos that grow and sustain distributor utilization of customer campaigns. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring data accuracy in distributor performance tracking. Leading a monthly Marketing and Distribution Steerco meeting, you will bring together key leaders from both teams to review campaign utilization and business contribution. Your financial acumen will be put to good use as you monitor spending to ensure it does not exceed approved budgets.
- Partner with distribution channel leaders to define targets associated with customer acquisitions from leads
- Develop modules and materials that will inform distributors on available Marketing campaigns
- Create announcements, memos and activities to launch new initiatives and campaigns
- Conceptualize incentive promos aimed at growing and sustaining distributor utilization of customer campaigns
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in distributor performance tracking
- Lead a monthly Marketing and Distribution Steerco that brings together key leaders from both teams
- Monitor spend to ensure actual expenses do not exceed approved budgets in financial management
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational requirements
