Our client is on the lookout for a Business Transformation Consultant, a role that goes beyond being 'The Best'. What you'll do:

As a Business Transformation Consultant, your role will be pivotal in executing transformation initiatives related to major activities such as mergers or acquisitions. You will be responsible for planning, mobilising, and directing projects of medium complexity from definition to closure. Your ability to proactively balance scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes and benefits will be crucial. You will work closely with various teams within the organisation to ensure alignment of your project with the wider change portfolio.

  • Lead the transformation initiatives to achieve fast, simple and easy customer service through traditional and digital channels.
  • Proactively monitor project execution to effectively identify risks/issues/dependencies as they arise throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Enhance operations cost efficiency through active management of the project plan, scope, requirements, effort and resources.
  • Collaborate and build positive stakeholder relationships providing regular updates to resolve high priority issues affecting the project.
  • Obtain buy-in from the project sponsor, steering committee and other business stakeholders for all key project plans.
  • Set the pace and operating rhythm, driving a culture of achievement by identifying and removing barriers to project success.
  • Continually assess technology utilization in insurance operations processes and develop annual plans for developments in key application systems.
  • Analyse management reports and derive insights from it to drive the right business decisions.
