What you'll do:

* Lead the creation of innovative client service propositions and oversee the development of service delivery strategies for all operational functions within the business segment.
* Partner with other global service delivery centres to facilitate knowledge sharing around continuous improvement best practices and uphold global service standards.
* Ensure optimal resource allocation by managing the quality and quantity of team members required to achieve functional goals while maintaining effective controls.
* Plan, support, and review team performance regularly, identifying individual and collective development needs in collaboration with HR to maximise training opportunities.
* Promote a client-first culture that consistently delivers excellent service experiences, supporting high levels of client retention through measurable outcomes.
* Work closely with business unit management heads to identify key areas for measurement that maximise achievement of overall objectives.
* Champion ongoing efficiency improvements by standardising policies, procedures, and service standards while ensuring compliance with risk management protocols, information security requirements, legislation, and regulations.
* Manage budgets effectively for the Broking Operations business segment in Manila GDC while fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organisation.

* Exceptional English communication skills—both verbal and written—with proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications essential for daily operations.
* Relevant academic qualifications including a bachelor’s degree; additional credentials in Operations or Business Management are highly desirable.
* Track record of delivering superior client service through multi-channel operating models supported by strong business acumen and strategic insight.
