What you'll do:
As a Medical Governance Consultant, you will play an instrumental role in elevating the standards of care across all facets of the organisation’s healthcare services. * Oversee the creation, review, and maintenance of clinical documentation including patient records, incident reports, and quality assurance data to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
* Implement a continuous improvement framework by analysing audit results, patient outcomes, and feedback from healthcare staff to ensure best practices are consistently followed.
* Develop and manage an effective process for handling medical-related complaints by leading thorough investigations into issues related to clinical care or professional conduct involving doctors.
