About the Head of Complaints Governance Role: In this role, you will be responsible for the management of all stages of bank wide complaints process across the bank, ensuring that the regulatory and organisational requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Handles the bank’s performance on complaints management through the creation of policies and procedures for a centralised process and a robust system for managing complaints
Analyses and interprets data on complaints individually and collectively to ensure proper handling and identify potential risks
Provides data, feedback, presentations and strategy plans to management for continuous improvement in addressing complaints and capturing data
Liaises with regulators and auditors on the bank wide complaints framework and process
Key Requirements:
Must have at least 10 years of banking experience and familiarity with the banking service environment, products, processes, and systems
Must have customer and employee complaints background, as well as customer experience
People management experience
