To succeed in this Head of Operations (Bank) role, you must have a strong background and experience in local corporate and investment banking operations.
Bachelor's degree in finance, banking, or a related field. MBA is preferred
Extensive experience (10 or more years) in banking operations, including management positions
In-depth knowledge of banking products, processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
Strong leadership and people management skills
