What you'll do:
As a Merchant Onboarding Officer, your role will be pivotal in providing a seamless onboarding experience for new merchants. You'll lead kick-off calls, conduct training sessions, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the process. Your ability to foster long-term business relationships will be key in this role, as you'll be responsible for providing prompt support both pre and post-onboarding. You'll also project manage the entire process, keeping all stakeholders updated and delivering proactive communication based on current merchant priorities. Working closely with sales and merchant success teams, you'll play an integral part in daily operational processes.
