Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Manager with FINRA certifications to lead their QA team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the quality assurance processes within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the QA reviewers, developing and monitoring findings and trends, and ensuring compliance with regulators such as FINRA, SEC, and DOL/ERISA. What you'll do:
As a Senior Quality Assurance Manager with FINRA certifications, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of our client's services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing the QA team's workflow, resolving any disputes or escalations that arise, and generating reports on findings. You will also coordinate calibration sessions to ensure consistent scoring across the board. In addition to these tasks, you will take on people management duties such as staffing, hiring, training, performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring. Your ability to manage expenses within allocated budgets will be crucial in this role.
* Manage the workflow of the QA team to ensure timely completion of required reviews
* Resolve escalations/disputes between team call scores and sales managers/representatives
* Generate, review, and respond to reported findings and escalations
* Coordinate calibration sessions with team and sales managers to ensure consistent scoring
* Perform duties inherent in people management: staffing, hiring, training, performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring
What you bring:
As the ideal candidate for the Senior Quality Assurance Manager position, you bring a wealth of experience in financial services along with your FINRA certifications. Your knowledge of Qualified Plans, IRA and NQ (taxable) account types will be highly valued. Experience with Call Center Quality Assurance processes is desirable but not essential. Your advanced skills in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint will enable you to excel in this role.
* FINRA SIE, 7, 24 certifications are required
* Bachelor's Degree preferred in a relevant discipline or five years experience in financial services
* Knowledge of Qualified Plans, IRA and NQ (taxable) account types is preferred
* Experience with Call Center Quality Assurance processes is desirable
* Advanced MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint skills needed
