What you'll do:
As a Risk Transformation Product Lead, you will be at the forefront of change within the organisation. You will take ownership of regulatory transformation initiatives, steering strategy and executing changes based on facts and data. Your role will involve managing a team of IT Business Analysts, as well as functionally steering our IT Engineers. You will work collaboratively across functions in a highly complex setting, influencing teams outside of your own area or department. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within the organisation.
- Manage all internal parties and projects to successfully deliver upon the initiatives of your domain
- Take ownership of regulatory transformation initiatives and various internally-driven projects
- Functionally steer IT Engineers and manage a team of IT Business Analysts
- Work collaboratively across functions in a highly complex setting
- Influence teams outside of your own area or department
- Steer strategy and execute changes based on facts and data
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Risk Transformation Product Lead role brings proven experience in transformation programs and relevant change execution experience. You are proficient in driving and steering multidisciplinary initiatives, ideally involving topics like banking and technology. Your strong analytical skills allow you to explain complex issues in an easy-to-understand way to get people on board. A (Master) degree in a related study such as Business Administration, Technology, or Finance is required along with an excellent level of English.
- Proven experience in transformation programs and relevant change execution experience
- Proficiency in driving and steering multidisciplinary initiatives
- Experience in process management and backlog management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to explain complex issues in an easy-to-understand way
- (Master) degree in a related study (e.g. Business Administration, Technology, Finance)
- Excellent level of English
