A leading investment advisory firm is urgenlty looking for an experienced Client Services Specialist who will provide exceptional service to clients. As primary point of contact, the Client Services Specialist will build strong client relationships and ensure an excellent client experience. The specialist must have a strong background in customer relationship management, customer experience and after sales support.

About the Client Services Specialist Role:
The Client Services Specialist will provide exceptional service to clients of the investment advisory firm. This role is essential in managing client inquiries, processing transactions, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs. As a primary point of contact, the Associate will build strong client relationships and ensure an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Gather information, address concerns, and provide updates on account statuses.
  • Strong command of English (verbal and written) is essential.

Transaction Processing:

  • Accurately process client transactions, including account transfers, contributions, and withdrawals.
  • Collaborate with compliance and other departments to ensure all actions meet regulatory standards.

Account Maintenance:

  • Assist clients with account setup, updates, and general maintenance.
  • Ensure all client records are updated with accurate, current information.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

  • Maintain well-organized and up-to-date client files.
  • Generate and distribute account statements, reports, and other necessary documentation.

Problem Resolution:

  • Investigate and resolve client issues or discrepancies efficiently.
  • Work with internal departments to escalate and address complex client matters.

Client Onboarding:

  • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.

Client Education:

  • Provide information on investment products, services, and account features.
  • Educate clients on relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Relationship Building:

  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and preferences.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication.

To succeed in this Client Services Specialist role, you must have a strong background in customer relationship management, customer experience and after sales support.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in client services within the financial industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other client management tools.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Professional, calm, and polite demeanor.

Work Schedule:
This is an office-based position with hours from 5 PM to 2 AM, Manila time.
