An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned professional to take on the role of Head of Business Operations. This role is based in the vibrant city of Taguig and offers the chance to lead and manage an operations department within a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation. What you'll do:


As Head of Business Operations, you will be at the forefront of managing daily operations, ensuring that all settlements and reconciliations are reviewed and approved in a timely manner. You will play a crucial role in protecting customer data from public exposure and fraud through stringent access controls and verification levels. Your collaborative approach will enable you to work effectively with other unit heads to develop best practices for more efficient banking operations. Your leadership skills will be put to good use as you manage Change the Bank projects/initiatives, engaging with internal/external parties, developing BRDs, assessing impacts, conducting UAT testing among others. Your strategic insight will be invaluable in supporting the CEO and senior stakeholders to achieve overall business objectives. You will establish KPIs/KRIs, review performance against targets, assess strategy effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments.


* Manage day-to-day business operations, including review and approvals of settlement and reconciliations
* Ensure customers data are protected from the public and secured against fraud by enforcing controlled access rights and verification levels
* Collaborate with respective heads of other units to develop best practices for more effective banking operations
* Manage Change the Bank projects/initiatives (system and process)
* Supports the CEO and senior stakeholders to achieve overall business and strategic objectives
* Establishes KPIs/KRIs and reviews overall performance against targets, assesses effectiveness of strategies and makes necessary adjustments as needed
