What you'll do:

As a Hedge Fund Operations and Trade Support Analyst, you will be responsible for managing essential day-to-day operational processes that underpin the success of hedge funds and asset managers. Your role will involve booking trades, processing cash movements, performing reconciliations across multiple platforms, liaising with external parties to resolve discrepancies, maintaining accurate records for audit purposes, supporting month-end reporting cycles, and contributing to the continuous improvement of operational workflows. • Trade & Cash Operations

  • Book and validate trades in OMS / PMS platforms (including AIM where applicable)
  • Book cash movements, FX trades, fees, and corporate action cash flows
  • Ensure all trades and cash activity are accurately reflected in internal systems
  • Liaise with brokers, custodians, and counterparts to resolve trade or cash breaks

  Reconciliations

  • Perform daily position, cash, and trade reconciliations between:
  • OMS / PMS
  • Custodians and prime brokers
  • Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks in a timely manner
  • Escalate material issues and document resolution steps clearly
  • Maintain reconciliation logs and supporting documentation

  Operational Controls & Reporting

  • Support daily, weekly, and month-end operational processes
  • Assist with month-end NAV support and data validation
  • Ensure operational checklists are completed and signed off
  • Maintain accurate records to support audit and compliance requirements

  Process & Data Management

  • Maintain static data, broker details, and instrument information
  • Support implementation and improvement of operational workflows
  • Assist with documenting procedures and controls
  • Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements
