What you'll do:
As a Product Manager in Trade Finance, your role will be pivotal in managing a diverse portfolio of trade products. You'll be responsible for understanding market practices and delivering effective solutions to clients. Your expertise will guide the development of procedure guidelines for the Operations Department and sales guidelines for the Corporate Banking Department. You'll also be tasked with updating manuals for existing products and creating comprehensive guides for new offerings. Your role will involve delivering internal training on these products, ensuring that all team members are knowledgeable about their features and benefits. Additionally, you'll design and implement market studies to stay abreast of trends and client requirements. Monitoring product performance, conducting post-evaluations, adjusting pricing, and updating customer-related documents will also fall under your purview.
- Daily management of trade finance products such as import/export letters of credit, shipping guarantees, supply chain finance, and letters of guarantee/standby letters of credit
- Understanding market practices and needs to deliver effective solutions to clients
- Developing procedure guidelines for the Operations Department and sales guidelines for the Corporate Banking Department
- Updating manuals for trade products and creating comprehensive manuals for new products
- Delivering internal training on the products to ensure all team members are well-versed in their features and benefits
- Designing and implementing market studies to understand trends and client requirements
