What you'll do:

As an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Transaction Monitoring Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's Global KYC Digital Service. You will drive the product vision and roadmap while ensuring the seamless design and implementation of transaction monitoring (TM) solutions across all entities, executing business objectives, identifying and resolving impediments during product development, monitoring squad performance, and ensuring cross-squad alignment. Additionally, you will represent end-consumer interests to enhance product effectiveness and compliance.

• Act as a representative for end-users, ensuring the product meets consumer needs while adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements.

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain robust transaction monitoring solutions across all entities, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

• Ensure alignment with other squads under the CPO and within the Tribe, fostering collaboration and consistency in AML initiatives.

• Identify and resolve impediments encountered during product development, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.

• Manage a BusDevOps squad in a multidisciplinary environment, driving the development and implementation of transaction monitoring (TM) solutions while ensuring IT alignment.

• Support the CPO in executing Tribe Goals, contributing to the overall AML and compliance strategy.

• Track and assess squad performance and quality, implementing improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

• Work closely with the Central Product Owner (CPO) to establish the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Experience as Business Analyst and guiding and implementing change initiatives.

• Exposure in multidisciplinary complex deliveries with a strong track record in AML, Transaction Monitoring, or Compliance.

• Expertise in data analysis, data mapping, and conceptualizing solutions for data quality improvements.

• Knowledge of FCRM applications and their implementation in compliance frameworks.

• Minimum of 3–10 years of relevant work experience.

• Pristine communication, networking, and influencing skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.

• Proven ability to drive high-impact initiatives with measurable success.

• Resilience and ability to navigate ambiguity while simplifying complexity.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in financial data.
