  • Champion agile product development best practices by driving continuous improvement through retrospectives and regular stakeholder engagement.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements, define product features, prepare detailed specifications, and develop comprehensive test plans to ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.

  • Develop clear product strategies and roadmaps aligned with the organisation’s vision for market leadership in fraud detection and identity verification.

  • Identify emerging technology trends and propose innovative product concepts that address evolving customer needs within the digital security landscape.

  • Lead investigations into complex technical challenges by identifying root causes and recommending effective solutions aligned with business objectives.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements relevant to fraud prevention and identity management.

  • Manage the product backlog by prioritising initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.

  • Monitor sales pipelines and revenue recognition processes in partnership with sales teams to support achievement of revenue targets for fraud-related products.

  • Work closely with business units, customers, IT teams, and technology vendors to foster strong collaboration and ensure successful product delivery.

  • Exhibit proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail across complex project lifecycles.

  • Have experience contributing to or leading initiatives within FinTech environments where payments processing or fraud mitigation are core focus areas (highly preferred).

  • Hold a degree in Business Administration, Banking Management, or a related discipline that provides a strong foundation in financial services environments.

  • Possess certification or practical experience applying Agile methodologies within cross-functional, technology-driven teams from Fraud perspective.

  • Bring at least five years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis roles supporting banking solutions or other regulated industries.

  • Demonstrate familiarity with machine learning concepts and biometric authentication technologies used in modern fraud prevention systems.

  • Stay informed on industry trends related to digital identity verification and fraud prevention to proactively recommend product enhancements and strategic directions.
