What you'll do:
As a Transformation Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving business process improvements and implementing new operating models. Your role will involve leading end-to-end transformation projects, developing effective project plans, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. You will work closely with the Change Management team to support transformation efforts, ensuring adoption and sustainability. Your ability to act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders will be crucial in driving awareness and understanding of changes across the organisation.

* Develop and execute project plans to drive operational efficiencies.
* Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless collaboration.
* Work with the Change Management team to develop and implement change management strategies.
* Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
* Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against transformation objectives.
What you bring:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
* 5+ years of experience in project management, business transformation, or change management within a Shared Services or corporate transformation environment.
* Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation projects.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira), and process improvement tools (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
