What you'll do:


As Senior Product Manager – Financial Risk, you will be entrusted with driving the evolution of credit risk solutions designed to empower clients across banking, lending, insurance, government agencies, and retail sectors. Your day-to-day responsibilities will centre around developing robust strategies rooted in analytics and risk management while ensuring seamless execution from concept through launch. You will foster close collaboration among internal teams—spanning sales enablement to IT delivery—and external partners to guarantee successful adoption of innovative products. By actively engaging in industry events and thought leadership initiatives, you will help elevate the organisation’s reputation as a trusted advisor in risk solutions. Your ability to manage vendor relationships effectively will be crucial for maintaining high standards throughout the product lifecycle. In addition to supporting data expansion efforts that differentiate current offerings from future solutions, you will play an instrumental role in setting aspirational goals that drive revenue growth while maintaining cost efficiency. * Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies for analytics and risk management solutions that support strategic growth objectives within the Philippines.
* Oversee all aspects of product development activities, ensuring timely launches to market by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including sales, IT delivery, solution consulting, marketing, operations, and commercial success.
* Drive thought leadership by participating in industry events such as webinars and panel discussions, publishing articles, and serving as a subject matter expert during customer engagements.
* Build long-term plans that exceed current revenue projections by capturing market trends and customer needs; collaborate with Centres of Excellence (CoE) to evolve product line strategy.
* Facilitate monthly forecasting reports with high accuracy to provide clarity across product adoption and go-to-market execution for internal stakeholders.
* Serve as a local ambassador bridging regional teams with CoE, acting as a critical connector between internal groups to ensure alignment on product goals.
* Lead end-to-end product development processes including collecting market intelligence, concept review, business case development, pricing strategies, sales enablement training, launch activities, and ongoing evaluation of financial performance.
* Establish advisory boards or similar initiatives to engage customers in ideation and validation of new products while increasing mindshare as a consultative risk solutions provider.
* Manage relationships with vendors and partners by evaluating potential candidates, negotiating contracts, onboarding new partners, monitoring performance levels, and conducting regular due diligence reviews.
* Support data expansion strategies by identifying new data sources for product development in collaboration with Data Science and Analytics teams.

* Minimum seven years’ proven track record in product management roles related to financial risk or analytics solutions.
* Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate education or master’s degree is considered advantageous for this position.
* Deep expertise in risk management practices combined with advanced knowledge of credit data analytics specific to the Philippines ecosystem.
* Strong foundation in managing costs alongside revenue targets to deliver optimal product margins without compromising quality or value.
* At least three years’ experience successfully managing partnerships with vendors or external stakeholders within relevant markets.
* Ability to handle multiple competing priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment while remaining adaptable to changing conditions.
* Strategic thinking skills enabling you to analyse current/future customer needs and communicate vision clearly across teams.
* Proficiency in English communication—both written and verbal—with an emphasis on clarity without verbosity; active listening skills are essential for understanding stakeholder viewpoints.
