About the Credit Risk Head Role:
Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, the successful candidate has to understand the key drivers of credit risk, manage the portfolio risk, and maximise the risk return profile of consumer retail portfolios in a digital banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Chief Risk Officer in managing the bank's credit risk management by conducting credit initiatives adhering to local and regional regulations
• Work with the collections team to ensure goals and targets are met with limits continuously reviewed
• Monitor portfolio performance
• Manage risk appetite to support business decision making by implementing new initiatives and policy implementation

To succeed in this Credit Risk Head role you must have a well rounded credit risk experience at a reputable bank.

Key Requirements:

• At least five years of experience in credit risk within a retail or consumer bank
• Experience in analytics, credit risk modelling is an advantage
• Data driven, go-getter and flexible
