About the Senior Risk Manager Role:
In this role, you will be an individual contributor providing guidance and advisory on all risk and controls within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses in all identified risk areas throughout the business
- Assist the CRO in Key Risk Assessment and Risk committee reporting such as capital and solvency, asset-liability management (MLM)
- Develop risk policy, risk-control framework, and robust risk management strategy for the business
To succeed in this Senior Risk Manager job, you must have a strong financial risk background as well as stakeholder management skills to work effectively and co-operatively with various internal business units.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years' significant work experience in financial risk preferably actuary in the life insurance industry
- Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong motivation and personal drive to succeed; and can collaborate well with other stakeholders
