About the Market & Liquidity Risk Head Role:
In this role, you will be effectively managing the market & liquidity risks that inhibit the growth and development of the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing metrics for risk limits monitoring, MCO, EAR, VaR, Liquidity Gap and Repricing Gap reports
• Providing guidance to the management regarding M&L risk exposures- Market, Liquidity, and Interest Rate Risk Management
• Developing risk policies, processes, and procedures in line with the business and regulators
• Establishing a robust risk awareness and provide adequate training and workshops

To succeed in this role, you need to be a seasoned Market & Liquidity Risk Head from a reputable bank and has been exposed to senior stakeholders. This role will be pivotal in building the risk culture and accompanying the business in their acquisition of portfolio.

Key Requirements:

• At least 10 years’ experience in M&L risk management in a bank or financial services
• Ability to communicate and liaise with the management committee
• Understanding of the BSP landscape in risk management
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
