About the Chief Risk Officer Role:
The Chief Risk Officer will be approved by the BSP and ensure that all the risk undertaken are within the approved risk appetite of the group as well as advising the board, C-suite of the bank in the Philippines and the risk committees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all risks undertaken inclusive of credit risk, operational risk, market and liquidity risk, and ICAAP
• Supervise the bank's risk policy frameworks and procedures to support the business strategy and the meet the regulatory requirements
• Provide accurate and timely forward looking risk reporting
• Build and maintain a strong risk culture and ensure the teams are equipped and empowered to manage risk effectively
• Oversee all aspects of the bank's second line of defence risk management functions and ensure effective implementation of the group enterprise-wide risk management framework

This role requires a seasoned Chief Risk Officer who can support an established risk team to be more efficient and build a robust risk programmes for the bank.

Key Requirements:

• A Filipino/Philippine Citizen
• 15 - 20 years of experience in risk management across all the risk pillars (including business continuity) with a preference in consumer banking
• Impeccable track record with the BSP or regulatory bodies
• Experience managing teams in large banks as well as a fast-paced environment which requires you to be very hands-on
