About the Risk Head Role:
In this role, you will be effectively managing the risks that inhibit the growth and development of the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing operational risk assessment methodology, tools, and risk reporting (RCSA) systems
• Providing guidance to the management regarding operational risk exposures
• Developing risk policies, processes, and procedures in line with the headquarters guidelines
• Establishing a robust risk awareness and provide adequate training and workshops
• Escalating risk incidents to the management

To succeed in this Risk Head role, you will need to be a seasoned operational risk manager from a reputable bank and has been exposed to senior stakeholders. This role will be pivotal in building the risk culture and accompanying the business in their acquisition of portfolio.

Key Requirements:

• At least 10 years’ experience in operational risk/credit risk management in a bank or financial services
• Ability to communicate and liaise with the management committee
• Understanding of the BSP landscape in risk management
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
